Bukit Gasing Hike & Clean-Up:
A Day of Adventure and
Environmental Stewardship

On 14th March 2025, the BAC Rotaract Club embarked on an inspiring hiking and clean-up mission at Bukit Gasing Forest Park, Petaling Jaya. Their mission? To soak in the beauty of nature while giving back to the environment through plogging—picking up litter while hiking.
The journey began at the Bukit Gasing Entrance, where participants gathered to collect their clean-up kits and warm up for the trek ahead. After a quick safety briefing and a cheerful group photo, the team set off on the Main Trail, enthusiastically collecting litter and sorting recyclables from general waste.
A stop at the iconic Suspension Bridge offered a scenic break, where the team also cleaned the surrounding area before tackling the steeper paths toward the summit.
The climb was no easy feat, but the breathtaking views at the Viewpoint made every step worthwhile.
At the peak, participants took time to appreciate the panoramic sights while reflecting on the impact of littering and the importance of protecting our natural ecosystems.
The BAC Rotaract Club is a newly established initiative under the BAC Education Group and is already making meaningful strides as they gear up for their official Installation.
