Independent consultant in system development, technical support and program management with 30+ years in telecommunications and software platforms across Asia Pacific. Career spans Celcom, STW, Comverse, Maxis, Soma Networks and 16 years at Applogic Networks (formerly Sandvine) — most recently Director, Customer Support APAC — building and leading distributed engineering and support teams for Tier-1 service providers across APAC, EMEA and the Americas. Strong foundation in core networking and systems technologies, combined with 20+ years of program management leading large-scale, multi-country deployments across telecom service platforms. Holds an MBA from Nottingham University Business School and a B.Eng in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from Loughborough University and serves as an adjunct lecturer at UNIMY (University of Malaysia of Computer Science & Engineering) on Computing and Networking. Now advising mid-market Malaysian enterprises on ERP and business-system modernisation, open-source deployment, program governance, and technical-support transformation.
