Serving as the President of the Student Representative Council (SRC) has been one of the most rewarding parts of my student life. As a Malaysian student with a passion for cybersecurity, I found UNIMY to be the ideal place to begin my academic journey. The Diploma in IT (Cyber Security) programme is structured in a way that combines theory with hands-on experience. I especially appreciate the interactive classes, where we learn to analyse threats, build secure systems, and conduct ethical hacking exercises in a controlled environment. The lecturers are very encouraging and always push us to think outside the box. Their real-world experience makes our learning very relevant to what the industry needs."

Joining the SRC has added an extra dimension to my student life. It’s been an opportunity to engage with students from various backgrounds and work on meaningful projects that strengthen the UNIMY community. I’ve made great friends through these activities, and we’ve learned a lot from each other. My time at UNIMY has been incredibly fulfilling. I chose the Diploma in Information Technology (Cyber Security) programme because of its strong reputation in the tech field and its future-oriented curriculum. Entry Requirements

Bachelor's Degree at Level 6 MQF in Computing or a related science and technology field with a minimum CGPA of 3.00.
Bachelor's Degree with CGPA below 3.00 but above 2.50, subject to rigorous internal assessment.
Bachelor's Degree with CGPA below 2.50, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience.
Malaysian English Requirement: Minimum MUET Band 4.0.
International English Requirement: IELTS minimum Band 5.5, TOEFL iBT 46, PTE 51, LINGUASKILL 160, or MUET Band 4.0.
MUET results are valid for 5 years. IELTS, TOEFL, PTE, and LINGUASKILL results are valid for 2 years.
