Another Step in the Right Direction

We are proud to share that University Malaysia of Computer Science & Engineering (UNIMY) has officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Shandong Polytechnic from China.
This momentous occasion marks another milestone in the institution’s goal to build strong international academic partnerships. The five-year collaboration represents a major step forward in the internationalization of vocational and technical education, setting the stage for innovation, cross-border learning, and global exposure for both students and faculty.

Key Initiatives
Through this partnership, UNIMY and Shandong Polytechnic will work closely on several key initiatives:
- Joint Programmes and Curriculum Development in high-demand fields such as Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, and Information Technology.
- Student and Faculty Exchanges, providing valuable opportunities for cultural immersion, academic growth, and knowledge sharing.
- Mutual Credit Recognition, enabling students to move seamlessly between the two institutions as part of their academic journey.
- Joint Research and Technology Collaboration, focusing on real-world innovation and the application of emerging technologies.
This MOU brings together the strengths of both institutions — UNIMY’s expertise in digital technology and Shandong Polytechnic’s excellence in applied technical education.
