We might be small, but that also means bigger chances of gaining and getting chosen for every opportunity that knocks on the door. There are experiences and exposures that I have learnt growing alongside the university that I wouldn't even stand a chance if I was in a bigger university. And that makes UNIMY stand out from the other choices.

For a student who has been staying abroad for years, attending UNIMY has broadened my perspective and understanding of computers and technology.

The university has a comfortable atmosphere with students from different walks of life. Some subjects are challenging; however, enthusiastic lecturers are prepared to lend a helping hand.

UNIMY has provided me with the platform to enhance myself and contribute to others. Throughout my three years here, I’ve learnt more than I thought I would.

As I got to know more about the course and university, I started loving it! I also became more independent living away from home. I’m now very passionate about cybersecurity and I’m looking forward to contribute what I’ve learnt in that sector.

Studying Computer Science at UNIMY is truly an enriching experience. It helped me enforce my passion in computing while discovering new ones. UNIMY has a very conducive study environment. I can’t help by feel very blessed to be here. The people I know are very supportive. They provide great input, which has been valuable.

UNIMY has given me a new perspective towards the subject of technology and science and it has been an eye-opening journey being here. The subjects are specialised so it gives me a sure direction and focus for my future. The assignments have helped build my character and motivation. The staff are knowledgeable in their respective fields and they have been hospitable and helpful towards students' issues.

I had the chance to go to Melbourne for an internship thanks to UNIMY. Such opportunity helps widen the scope of students’ learning, adapting to a new surrounding, new culture, where it is different from our country. There is a Chinese proverb, “A mile of travel is worth than a mile of reading”. When you travel, you see, you hear, and ultimately, you experience.

I was fortunate to have been given a chance to intern in Melbourne. This kind of exposure is really important to the students as it changes the perspective of students about their area of study. Furthermore, having a learning trip is really fun as students can experience a new environment and new culture.

I was sent to do my internship at Digital Hollywood University, Japan  under the program UNIMY Overseas internship. It was a great experience as I have the opportunity to learn from the expert and improve myself on the gaming production.
